in southern provinces that were devastated by a deadly storm a year ago. government forecasters said the storm has sustained winds of 109 m.p.h. with gusts up to 130. >> and the turnout or a digital our local weather. erica will tell us about our rain. >> temperatures are on the mild side forties' out the door in concord. 53 in san jose. mid-50s in san francisco. your afternoon highs look like upper 50s for the north bay. they will see the bulk of the cloud cover and most of the moisture. only getting to 59 for santa rosa and napa. 60 expected in the city. satellite and radar showed the rain sagging southward. the cold front is relatively weak in nature. compared to the last three systems we saw we will see a lot of cloud cover. most moisture heads towards the north. 9:00 a.m. picking up light rain and that will be the case throughout most of today. it looks like a lot of cloud cover will stick around waking up 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. maybe heavier rain in the north bay and light showers around the city. that will be the case as we head into the rest of tomorrow afternoon just light shower
